We are seeking a Marketing Manager to assist in the creation and achievement of regional and national business objectives.

  • 5+ years of experience in a business-to-business marketing role (promotional products experience an asset)
  • Post-secondary education in marketing or communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and organizational skills
  • Understanding of various marketing tools and implementation strategies
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Ability to motivate and organize a team
  • Experience in social media is a requirement
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a huge asset

You will be working with the Marketing Committee, Senior Management, and Project Managers to initiate, develop, and coordinate the implementation of cost effective and innovative marketing strategies. Your specific responsibilities will include the following:

  • Develop Marketing Materials and Presentations
  • Identify strategic advertising opportunities
  • Track and measure marketing ROI
  • Market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys
  • Tradeshow and conference planning
  • Coordinate and assist the Business Development Managers
  • Launching our social media platform and maintaining/posting on a regular basis
  • Prepare annual marketing budget
  • Internal and external event planning

Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000 depending on experience.
